Lakemaster chip wisconsin edition for lowrance

I have a Wisconsin, Lakemaster chip for Lowrance HDS units.
I purchased it right after Lakemaster was bought by Johnson, from BASS PRO.
It is Version 1.0.
I have to move out of state and I will not be able to use it.
Asking $120

What year is it and would it be compatible with non HD Lowrance Units?

The chip is a 2011 version. including high definition maps.
It will work in other units than HDS but not in the shade version mode were you see the bottom in 3D. Otherwise it was the latest version available at the store right after Lakemaster stop selling them to lowrance customers.
