Default Mankato/Faribault MN area?

Just wondering if anyone on here has fished any of the lakes around Mankato/Faribault/Waterville area. I like trading tips on these lakes. I fish mostly the lakes around Mankato and Elysian. Especially love Madison Lake for big fish. In the last 5 years i've released 7 walleyes over 28" out of there.

Fished that area several times, mostly love to fish French for Musky. Have friend who fishes Sakatah and does really well. Also have done decent on Lake Francis, but mostly northern and bass. As far as Walleye haven't fished them really hard but hear good things about Jefferson also, and Cannon sounded good last year.

I fish Cannon a lot for walleye all season long. Last year was a good year fo summer fishing but it slowed for walleye in the winter. I'm just waiting for the opener now.
