Default Cabela's catalog

I just recieved a limited edition hard cover catalog, thing must have cost a fortune to print. I'd rather they just gave me a $1 discount and send me a regular catalog.

They do that to make you look like a proffered customer and show appreciation of your business to get more sales IMO,it prolly works and Cabelas is a good place to shop.....

Yeah, I've been getting them for 6 years now. The first one was unique, the second one I never opened, just stuck it up in the workshop attic for future generations. Maybe it will show up on Antiques Roadshow with a hefty price tag on it, the rest of them are just a huge annoyance and are laying around unopened. The recycling center won't take them because they are hard bound, maybe I can dump them off at Goodwill.

If you call Cabelas and tell them you don't want that or any other catalog, they will be glad to take you off the list

They are good "all nighter" logs on the fire.

I've been getting them for about 10 years - we just keep collecting them.
I'd rather see lower prices , and free shipping on occasion!

I got the spring edition and the fall edition this year. I dont recall buying a single thing since spring of 09. I have used my Cabelas Visa a lot, maybe thats it.

Oddly enough, I started getting them after I stopped spending the big bucks with them! Tom

Just got the Fall '10 edition today. They should have sent stock options instead for the amount of stuff I purchased this spring.

The catalog is cool, but lower pricing or a special discount would be better than a fancy coffee table ornament.
