Default New boat order questions. Ranger 1880ms

Hello, I am pricing out a new 1880ms and looking for advice. The problem is that if I order everything I really want it gets very pricey. I am making a list of necessary initial factory items that I need or want for trolling walleye, salmon ,and trout as well as pan fishing. The list is much longer ,but some things will need to be added down the line.
Evinrude g2 200, 10 year warrenty. ( would love the 9.9 kicker but will have to wait).
Terrova 112 36 volt 72inch I pilot
Full windshield
Lowrance Hds 9 console with prewire to bow and stern for future
Stereo
60" tracks
Front rails
4 bank charger
Comp lights
A pack.

I know there is a lot of other option, but trying to be price conscious. Does anyone have any thoughts or comments?

I have an 1880.Not big money savings here but have a 24v 60 in 80lb ulterra. Have never had a problem with it lasting all day or fighting the wind. Also have a stereo in mine but have never turned it on in 3 yrs.

If you're trolling walleye and salmon, get the kicker. You'll want it. I bought my Reata without one and hated that I didn't have one more than I was glad I didn't. It's a big reason I upgraded to the Skeeter last year.
Also, agree you probably don't need the 36v. I had 24 on the Reata and also on the 1910 and have never had an issue with it on either.
I'm not sure if it's standard on them now or not, my Reata it wasn't, but get the tilt steering. Probably not terribly expensive, but it's super nice to have.

Agree with others that a 24v will work great on that rig and I highly doubt you need the 72in shaft as the bow curves to the water on the Ranger fish and skis (but that shouldn't add cost so up to you).

Another thought if you want to save money, don't get any electronics. Lowrance just announced the carbon models, so used HDS units will be popping up all over. Elite line is also very good these days.

The reason I was leaning towards the 36 volt 112 is I currently have a terrova 24 volt 80 ,but on a long day on Lake Michigan in waves I can only get about 5 hours if I'm loaded with gear and live wells full with two other guys and that is with brand new Interstate 29 batteries. Also, my 60 inch shaft comes out of the water at times. I thought the upgraded 36 volt would help with duration and buy me a little time to save for a kicker? Or is having the kicker rigged from Ranger much better or cheaper than doing it later?

When I bought my Skeeter I was told it's about a $2,000 difference in the 36V vs the 24V. Doesn't seem right to me, but not sure why they would have lied about it. Between the batteries, charger, etc. So, that's about 1/2 of your kicker right there if true. I don't know why you'd want to rely on batteries to troll out on the great lakes. Get the kicker. You'll thank yourself.

It hurt a little bit at the time, but I will never regret having the kicker on my 1850. Imagine fighting a 3ft chop on Lake Michigan going out to fish. Made it out a couple of miles before I could crank up the rpm's. When I did I cruised for a bit and then got an engine alarm and shutdown. Come to find out I had a failure of my oil filter o-ring and lost all oil pressure. Would have never made it back to the docks with just my terrova. That kicker was worth its weight in gold that day.
Also, without it, I couldn't troll slow enough for salmon fishing on the big lake with my Merc 4 stroke and I would rather not drag bags.
At a minimum, have Ranger prep the boat for a kicker. My guess is that the first day you are without one on Lake Michigan, you would have wished you had it (even if you aren't stranded).
