Default Alumacraft accessory switch

Hi,

I have a 06 alumacraft dominator SC. I would like to add some additional interior lights and was wondering the best way to tap into the accessory switch. I pulled the pannel and it looks like 1 red and 1 black wire running out with the wire bundle. Thanks in advance...

Luke

I have a 08 Navigator and added extra interior lights too. I just hooked them into the interior light switch already on my dash.
That way when I they alll go on with just one switch. If you hook them up on your accessory switch won't they go on every time the switch is turned on? The only thing I'm runnung off my accessory switch is my graph and am/fm radio. Just alittle info for you.

Go to an automotive store and get a small 12v test lite, looks like a screw driver with a wire attached to it. Under the dash hook the clip to a known ground, and with the other end find a live wire(bulb will light up) Then, install your switch and connect the ground and then to the switch connect the live wire. Then connect the wire you want to liven up to the other end of the switch.
