I know how nice it is to buy new but you would get a lot more boat if you didn;t mind buying used

Have you seen what some people want for their used boats? Last used boat I bought I had nothing but hidden problems and $1000's in repairs

I own a crestliner superhawk - been a great boat but if 24k was my budget, I would go used.

The new trackers are supposed to be decent, they do come with low end accessories though.
I'm happy with mirrocraft. 1685 with merc 90 4s and a bunch of upgrades. New off showroom floor for $19,500 I believe it was after accessories (no electronics). So far very happy with the boat, tons of fishing room for a 17' class boat, great handling, smooth ride, and FAST. I'm getting 50mph gps speed on a slight chop with two guys and 1/4 tank. |
