I have 6+ of the scheels converts which are identical to quantum code i believe! Best reel/warranty out there. I picked up some quantum accurist with left hand retrieve that are awesome also

I own a silver max and just like the quality of the quantums much better.

I have both the Accurist (2 of them) and the SilverMax.

The Accurist thumb bar is much easier to push down to pay line out (especially when there is some weight on it).

But both reels get the job done.

I prefer to run left hand models. If backtrolling my left hand is free to run the electric or big motor.

If I ever buy another, it will be the Accurist again.

Default I vote for the Accurist

Been using them for years with zero problems. Like running 1 left and 1 right when working 2 rods at once. You can release or take up line without setting a rod down. Great reels!
