I have one that is a few years old. Very happy with it. Raising/lowering mechanism is very simple, easy to use, no winches etc. to break down. I had to downsize my Mr. Heater - the one I had was too warm on lowest setting. Pulls easily with my Can Am 400 ATV. Feel free to pm if you have questions.
