Added some LED lighting to the Lund
Front and rear decks are connected to the ACC switch and the rubrail NAV lights and locker lights are connected to the NAV switch. I used 16ga wire and bumped up the fuse size from 5 amps to 7.5 amps on both circuits.

I like how you have the interior done, with no lights shining directly into your eyes, all the light is reflected. That, imo, is best.
Many years ago, when I drove semi truck, I installed lights in the cab of my truck for night time driving. As long as the lights were behind the dash, or behind something, and all the light was reflection, it worked great. If I had one bulb that was visible to my eyes, it hurt. I think you will like the reflective approach you used. I would. |

They look very nice. How long did it take you to do it? I see you had to cut some of the rub rail to make the front light work. Where did you buy the lights?

The nav lights are the best idea I've seen in a long time.

I've noticed the amber lights don't attract bugs, but the red and green NAV lights do have gnats swarming around them when on the water. I just did the lockers with a "natural" white and they are pretty bright but not glaring. They are run underneath the inside lip. The center rod box came factory with an amber light so I didn't take a pic of that. Haven't been on the water at night with the locker lights yet but it looks like there will be enough brightness to tie on baits.
