have them show you where all the fuses are. some of the accessories may have inline fuses that are hidden.

I will add to make sure there are extra fuses as well!!!!!!!!

Default Insurance

Before you pull your boat out of the parking lot, make sure its INSURED.

Your car insurance wont cover the boat if anything was to happen to it.

When i bought my new boat in 2005 my dealer wanted me to show a proof of insurance for the boat before she would let me hook it up.


--it happens when least expected, so cover yourself.

1. Dock lines
2. Bumpers
3. Navonics Card
4. Spare trailer hub and bearings
5. Trailering covers
6. Spare Prop
7. Lube
8. Make sure you have a jack to change a trailer flat
9. Danforth anchor with 6 ft of chain
10. Batterys
11. GPS and or Radios mounted with trough bolts, not screws
12. Trailer tonge weight right
13. Tires at right pressure and lubed
14. Test every thing. ( before you write the check). If you do it after
its warrentee. Before the check, they are much quicker to fix things that are not right.
15. Check wiring for accessories added.
16. Is the spare tire pressure right and is the tire mounted on the tlr.
It should be.

Avoid the tight turns or narrow confines of drive thru banks and McDonalds. I speak from exoperience.

Buy rod holders and downriggers now! buying that stuff later kills the pocket book and the wifey is usually already a little pissy about how much the boat cost LOL.

haha, i thought i was the only one! This apply's to taco bells too.

Oh, make sure you have the right size ball on your hitch for the trailer.
