Rod Bottom Bouncer

I make my BB from brass or coated steel rods. Depending on the weight needed I use 1/8,3/16 or 1/4 OD rods. Most rods come in 3 foot lengths so weigh the rod and divide by 36 and you have the weight per inch.
I also add a trail arm of .035 SS wire with a quick change clevis. A spinner can be added for more attraction if needed.
The rod BB handle rocks quite well with very few hang ups.
