Cabelas NTC May Go to Pierre

I qualified by placing top three in a hundred boat $40,000 purse tournament. So it all depends on the tournament(s) clubs or whatever.

I believe the entry fee is $200-$250? I'm sure someone that has fished it the last couple years will chime in on that.

The entry fee is/was $200 per team last year. But every team went home with their original $200. So yes, in essence it's free. anything above that is 100% sponsorship dollars.

As for anyone that "needs" to plan thier life out in advance there's a great book called "Stop Worrying and Start Living". It may be worth a read. ;)

It's actually not free. It's $200.00, unless your qualifying club pays it for you.

OK, So you pay cabelas 200.00 bucks a few months before the tournament. Then you go to the tournament and fish for 2 days and they give you 200.00 bucks wheather you catch a fish or not. HMMMM...... sounds like FREE to me!!

That opens up a new can of worms, we scheduled out tournaments this year with a promise from cabelas that the NTC would be either the week before or after mem day. So we have a qualifying tournament set for the 24th & 25th. Hope that info is wrong for a lot of reasons.
