Kane is still under severe scrutiny. On several levels.

I would check every thru-hull fitting there is and plumbing between them. Neighbor of mine recently became the owner of a 2004 sierra 180 horizon (fiberglass). 2 of the 4 thru-hull fittings were junk. I noticed one was completely broken in half and when a small amount of pressure was put on another one, that broke as well. seemed like the plastic was rotten for lack of a better term.

Maybe the plastic reacted with what was used for sealing ?

Kane has one thing going for him here where the alleged rape occurred, and that is our DA Frank Sedita that only prosecutes if he has a slam dunk case. Don't believe that, look up the hit and run case of Barry Moss.......they have the women's vehicle, his blood on it and so on but still no arrest. Read the articles to the far left as the case progressed over the years.

I say Kane never sees the inside of a court house.

I tend to agree .. now. Plus the DA is ambitious for higher office in NY and what politician wants the baggage of putting away Kane, a local hockey hero in a strong hockey city?

Read a report that there was Kaner DNA on her neck and fingernails, but none below the waste.

How the heck did the rape kit now openned end up at the door step of the victim's mother ?
That kit with any & all DNA imo has been tampered with from the start to confuse any possible jury
