HDS7 and Great Lakes West Chip

I am thinking about getting a HDS7 and am wondering if my Navionics Great Lakes West chip that's several tears old will work in it?

If it's any help at all, I just got thru using my 07' Navionics Canada map card in my HDS-10 with no problems at all!
