as watching the sun set far off into the trees, why it doesn't catch them on fire....

Nope, considering where the sun is located that has never crossed my mind. You in Colorado or Washington by chance?

I wondered why we never sent astronauts to the sun? They could go at night.

I tried that once but used a bike so I could go faster. Darn bike is still off the end of the pier at South Haven.
