Default Shallow bite walleye

I'm fishing pool 11 and 12 on the mississippi for the first time this spring for walleye. i did really well in the fall structure fishing shallow in the evenings. would i be looking at the same pattern this early spring? water temp has rose to around 35 and am wondering what the temp is for the walleyes to really make a run at the shallows. should i be waiting more towards 39 ish or would now with the sudden increase in temps be a good time to start?
