One of the best deals around in stainless props is Overtons, Stilleto props made by Precision Propeller (maker of Turbo Props). Been running them for years, their 21p 3-blade beats the he!! out of the 4-blade Cyclone 21p my dealer set me up with on my Stratos 326XF / Evinrude 225HO w/ Bob's 8" Hyd. JackPlate. 54 mph w/ Cyclone and couldn't raise the jackplate, put on the 21p Stilleto, 59.8 mph gps and coming up with the jackplate, boat is up on it's pad and airing out. Can't wait till open water to try a Tempest-Plus and maybe a PowerTech 4-blade.
