Default 2007 Ranger 620 livewell/bait tank timer doesn't work?

I can get both to run, but only on constant? When I use the keypad buttons to adjust between L,M,H it does nothing. Ranger has been no help, they sent me a timer with an adjustment knob which is not for an 07..Mine is adjusted by keypad button. Any ideas?

I have a different year and my livewell is controlled by 2 buttons. so i dont know if it will help. But with mine, i leave the live-well button off and only turn on the live-well timer. If that is on, it runs for a while, then shuts off, then repeats. If both buttons are on, it just stays on the whole time. It was tricky for me to figure out so I thought I would mention it.
Ignore if its no use.

"Ranger is no help" So they couldn't diagnose your electrical problem on a ten year old boat over the phone and your calling them out about it.

Maybe spend 50 bucks and have it fixed
