ANOTHER MOTHER MESSAGE

I read with interest the posts regarding Mother's Day. I wanted to offer another slant on that same topic.

I'd like to say "Happy Mother's Day" to all those Mom's who afford us guys the opportunity to do the thing we love most, without consequence.

I'm blessed to have a wife (and mother of our child)that understands my passion for the eye and recognizes the therapuetic function that getting away to chase 'em plays in our lives.

I salute all fisherman's wives for putting up with our play time. It doesn't go without notice!

Just a quick tip, gentleman... make sure you tell her how much you appreciate it when you go away and she's there to take care of things on the homefront. No matter how trite or simple it may seem, I've found that it makes a HUGE difference to make sure you're telling her how much you appreciate it each time you go out.
