Default could this fish really be 17.8 lbs?

I found this picture surfing the world wide walleye web , this guy is claiming this is a 17.8 lb fish, I'm not saying it isnt, Im saying it looks like a common erie 10 pounder...maybe im wrong, what do you think? http://www.walleyehunter.com/charley.html

I agree. Nice fish, but someone must of had their thumb on the scale on that one...

I agree looks like a 9/10lber ,not enough belly on that fish to be 17 lb just my .02 worth .jim
