Generally a grab pole is not needed with my design but I do make one for those that feel they need one. If you are unsure if you need or want one just give me a call and we can discuss your situation. Thx

LOL John...same here. I just put the steps on this past Friday. I feel much safer loading the boat back on the trailer at the ramp again. It really does make a huge difference.

LOVE THEM!!!

When rigging a boat with no steps on the trailer, it is very easy to take a 6 foot step ladder and set it beside the boat at the front, middle or back of the boat.

Walk up the step ladder to the convenient step and step into the boat.

It couldn't be easier.

I would imagine that anyone that owns a home and a nice boat also own a step ladder to take care of routine maintenance around the home.

Be safe

Been rigging the new boat the past 2 days and don't have my EZEE Steps on yet. I've lost count how many times I've headed to the starboard bow only to see no steps!!

As far as needing a grab handle, there are some guys that might find that helpful, but I have plenty of older gentlemen with knee and back problems climb up and down my steps each year with no problem. Gets easier the more you do it and learn to trust that first step out of the boat. Either way, that's the great thing about custom products like this. Mark will make your steps fit you AND your boat...just tell him what you need.

Just installed my Ezeesteps in less than 20 mins. REW is right, everyone has a step latter around the house but few at a boat landing. At 63 I don't feel the need to try and climb over the bow on to the tongue of the trailer and slip on the Algee at the landing.
Mark was very helpful with me getting the right measurements and they fit perfectly! Spent the money on the Ezeesteps or a Fx. Hip. No brainier , I'd rather be safe.

Looks nice. But do they make them for the left side
of the trailer? All I see are on the right.
It would be nice to walk from the driver door of my truck
and step right into the boat, instead of stepping over
the trailer first. Just asking.

Most trolling motors are mounted on the port side bow....that's the reason the steps are mounted on the starboard side of the trailer.

Stepping over the trolling motor could be hazardous.

The lesser of two evils is having to step over the trailer tongue to get to the steps.

If your TM is already mounted on the starboard bow, instead of the port, then yes, Mark would probably custom build the steps for your trailer to fit on the port side.

I doubt very much if he would even agree to it if your TM is on the port side like everyone else's.

I had mine custom made by a friend. I had fallen a couple of times going over the tung when loading the boat so I switched my trolling motor to the starboard side and my custom made steps are on the port side. Everything I do now is on the port side except the trailer tie down for the starboard side but thats at the back anyways. I also wired both battery chargers to one plug on the port side which I can reach easily without getting in the boat.

Thanks Juls.
LLewellin, the steps look nice. Where do you plug your winch in?
