Server Issues

any more suggestions for my board not working. i have windows 7 and ie9. keeps telling me the board is not available. i tried deleting all the history and it is still not working. not sure if i have to change some internet settings. driving me nuts!

i am on my work computer now. problem is new computer at home. sorry should have put that out there.

last night it worked for about 10 mins at home. whenever i go into the site it says that the board is down. not sure if it actually is or if it is my computer?

It's your computer or your ISP.

Call your internet provider and ask them why you are having issues.

If you have cleared your cache and your browsing history...

AND you are certain that you are setup to "accept cookies" then it is your internet provider.

Check that....let me know.

I had the same problem and uninstalling JAVA and reinstalling the latest JAVA version (go to the JAVA website) solved the problem. I have Vista Home Premium.

Golden: I have been checking the social group, "Fans of LOTW-USA & Canada" to see if you were able to restore the historical writings or allow the postings of new. The site shows me a "Red X" & only a partial group title. Does the "X" mean that the group postings or new postings are not possible & the social group site was or is still not restorable?

I looked at your original post on the topic, but can't figure out what you're talking about? Was this something linked to another site, or is it something Scott set up for you on this site, and it was messed up in the server change?
