Default Ranger 1850 rs LSS 1 Mounting

Just bought an 09 Reata and am getting ready to install a LSS 1 module and tranducer. Was hoping for some tips for the mounting of the trans. Heard that the tranducer fits nice under the drivers ped?? The last thing is, I've owned a tracker targa 18, never a fiberglass boat, is there a great product to use on a fiber glass boat to clean and protect? What kind of product to use on the interior of the boat also?

Most folks mount the LSS transducer on the lower step on the transom.

Here is a good thread: https://www.walleyecentral.com/forums...d.php?t=178891

As far as a cleaning product to keep that boat looking sweet, I have tried a few. A couple of my favorites are the 3m Restorer and wax. That did a really nice job cutting the light oxidation my boat had when I got it.

The best product for cleaning and maintaining that I have found is Bow to Stern (BTS). That stuff is great as you can clean everything from the fiberglass to the vinyl with the same stuff, and it really gave my fiberglass a really amazing shine/wet look. http://www.btsproducts.com/
