lake erie (ashtabula)

has any one fished ashtabula lately for walleye
or steelhead

Fished out of Elk Creek on 7-1 and7-3, caught 3 eyes 7-1 and 2 7-3,all on harnesses in 38' of water.

Don, We fished out of Ashtabula on the 4th, caught 3 walleye.All came off of dipseys, and chocolate colored harnesses. 2 came off a medium dipsey 240 feet back on a 2 setting and 1 came off a big dipsey on the 2 setting 225 back. we went out of lakeshore park on a 330 heading to 5.5 miles 64'- 65'. Hey before u go u may wana get this information. They are doing fairly well outa Geneva as well as Wallnut creek, since ur in betwen the 2 u may be good, I hear like ohio line in the 1st trench they are doin good with Harnesses on size "0" Dipsys. Purple&Black, Watermellon, Blue, ect...
Ill be up this week to try to cash in on this.
