Talking Smile !!!!

My daughterinlaw is from the Ukraine and speaks Russian , One of the biggest cultural problems for her to overcome was the concept that if you smile you are making a statement that you are better that those folks you are smiling at . It doesn't work that way here, Smile guys ,those are great looking fish and you guys look so grim in the photos. We expect yuo to be extremely happy with fish like you show in the photos. Loosen up a bit, Smile . We are mostly all friends here. On another note when sending stuff to the Ukraine we find that insuring the package to show the postal workers and customs folks someone is watching the package usually keeps it from disappearing inroute .

Craig just a comment, it's just plain old Ukraine, not "the" Ukraine. Us Americans of Ukrainian descent take exception with this. In the old days when Ukraine was a Russian satellite country "the" Ukraine was commonly used. After it gained it's freedom its just plain old Ukraine. Just an FYI not an attack.

Thumbs up Thanks Waz

I am third generation 1/4 Ukrainian decendant ,pre WW1 immigrant. My daughter inlaw is not yet an American Citizen wow ! what a difference in Culture . My point simply was these guys need to smile and lighten up those are great fish. We have also had experiences with shipping overseas to places where it is "ok" to steal from Government, because government steal from everbody ". No attack either Thanks again for the info Waz.
