Default ranger trailer

Need Help,
I have a major issue with the actuator on my trailer. What happens is when braking the actuator is not releasing. The electrical is fine but once you brake the release lever has pressure on it. I need to know if you can bypass the brakes so I can get it in to the R anger dealer which is 75 miles away. This trailer is only 3 months old.
Thanks

If I hear you right, just slide the pin into the back hole on the actuator and it deactivates the brakes
