As requested, here are some pics of the extra beam added to the trailer. Makes a big difference in the loading/unloading procedure. If you google WX1850, you should find some photos of previous boats on the old trailers. You can clearly see that the extra bar was added.

Thank you all for the compliments. I usually do sell my boats after a year or two, but I have to say, this one might be sticking around for a long while. I am really happy with the colors and the new 150 fourstroke so far. Will have a better idea by the end of next year.

I like the trailer additions, but it would seem to me to make more sense to just add a center roller under the keel on the new crossbar, rather than to extend the bunks .. Even still, this is a much needed improvement! Does the roller at the rear of the trailer ever touch the boat at any time? I wonder if EZ Loader will retrofit a 2012?

As a new owner of an 1850, my biggest disappointment has been the trailer/loading .. I got a new 1850 with about 9 hours on it, and really like the improvements they have made for 2013.. May be looking at a new MX2025...

You went from a WX1900 to a 1850 then. Can I ask why?

Are those 1198s, or 1158s?

Boat never touches the rear roller from what I can tell.

I loved my 1900, but wanted to go back to a 4-stroke. My only option was the Verado for the 1900. The 200 opti is nice, but once you've had a 4-stroke, it's tough to go back to a noisy 2-stroke. I didn't want to put the 150 on the 1900 because of resale in case I sold the boat. I knew the 150 would push the 1850 around 50mph, so I new I would be happy with the set-up.

I guess I never really had any major issues with the loading/unloading process in the past. I always saw it as much easier than other trailers I had in the past. Everyone is different though.

The MX2025 is a really nice boat. I talked to someone that did drive the boat in Texas at the dealer meeting. Very fast boat, but does get a little squirrelly at top end speed from what I was told. Unsure of the rough water ride though.

I rode and drove the MX2025 and the WX2190 last month. Both boats were sporting 300HP off shore yamahas. They are very, very impressive boats, each in their own way..
