RE: lake city tourn.
If you are talking about the Lake City / Mississippi River tournament this past weekend, we ended up with 26 boats. First place was $2400 and went to Paul Conway and Aaron Mathees (the wingdam Gods) with a 2 day total of 10 walleyes for 40.00 lbs. Second place (Harold Rye & Blake Rothgarn) also came off the wingdams with 32.95lbs which netted them $1400. Third place came of the riprap on the Wisconsin side and $1200 went to Seth Huntoon & Paul Kennebeck with 32.30 lbs.
There were some awesome weights on Day 1 and Day 2. However, day 2 was a little tougher for most teams. Big walleye for the tournament was a 9.70lb hawg!!! We are already planning the tournament for next year. Most anglers we talked to would like to see it one to two weeks earlier so it does not conflict with duck opener. Jimmy Siewert |

RE: lake city tourn.
Thanks Jimmy, my dad and I were hoping to get up there and get in it but couldnt get away. If you can get a copy of the teams and weights and send it to me I would appreciate it. You can send it to me at ezeestep@yahoo.com. We really like it up there and was hoping to come up and fish. Thanks again.
