Default Green Bay report week ending 5/14

With water temperatures finally climbing back into the low 60's the bite really improved this week. Limit catches have been the norm, with plenty of 15-20" eaters active. Best presentation has been crankbaits such as Flicker Shads and Flicker Minnows in 4-10'. Fish are starting to move out from river mouths and shoreline connected structure to more open water haunts. Using electronics to find these roaming fish is a must. In general, when these fish move it's to follow bait, but I've yet to find any schools of alewife in open water. This pattern will emerge soon. Good luck!!
