Can someone tell me what the steelhead and walleye daily limits and possesion limits are currently for Lake Erie (Ontario) waters.

Limits are as follows 6 Walleye and 5 Steelehead per person, per day,with a standard fishing license if you have a conservation license; cut the limits in half. The difference in price between the two licenses is not much.

The forecast is currently calling for North winds 25km or 15 miles an hour on Saturday, what effect will this have on the lake, out where the Steelhead and Walleye are. Can I expect 3' waves?

my rule of thumb is..and this is very approximate..but...5 knots=1' waves, 10 knots = 2' waves and 15 knots= 3' waves, so yes...you might expect 3 footers. a lot will depend on the direction and if you are in the "lee" of some land mass etc.
