I have no idea but it seems like it should be able to be done. With the lower pressures, in muzzle loading compared to high powered rifles, it seems that it should be able to be done. The real trick would be finding a gun smith or metal guy that can do it. I suppose it also will depend on just exactly where the hole is. Also, how much to buy a new barrel? How much time and $ to get it fixed?

Good luck.
