Default prop diffuser

anyone know where i can find one , tried online and nothing. i have a 1989 70 hp evinrude 3cyl , do i really need it on the prop?

It depends on the engine and prop.
Some of the props and engines use this item as part of the exhaust system on the motor to make it more efficient.
