The paint Lund uses is made by PPG.
The paint code is available at Lund dealers.
A body shop can accurately mix the paint... but I don't know how small of a batch they'll do.

For the future, you might consider in stalling some protection so that doesn't happen.
From experience, I can tell you that, just mud flaps alone, will not do it.

If your only touching up small rock chips could just pick up one of those small bottles (with the little brush inside the cap) of auto touch up paint. A basic black, non metallic should be an OK match when only using on small chips. Most auto parts places should have something as well as the fleet and farm type stores. You can also just use a rattle can paint. Just spray some into a can or lid and then use a small paint brush to apply it to the chip. Black gloss lacquer would work great as it drys right away.

I once got paint to match my Lund thru a Lund dealer.

A really good paint shop can mix paint to specs in small aresol cans.

Lund 2012 webpage now lists the paint code for all colors back to 1996.

I have had a few black boats and have found that on small chips, a black Sharpie marker tip does a nice job touching up.

If you want the touch up to last make sure and clean the chip out good with laquer thinner or a wax and grease remover.
