Motor values

I'm looking for a kicker moter to put on my ranger. I've checked many dealer websites to see whats available, but the prices seem very inflated to me. Does anyone know of any websites/etc where one could look up values on motors. All I've found is NADA guide. I just want to make an informed decision when purchasing. Thanks for the help.
