Default low pitch prop

I have a 2003 30 hp Merc efi 4stroke on a 16 tin boat and use it on a small inland lake I live on. I would like to change the prop to try and achieve the slowest forward speed at lowest rpm in forward gear.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can go with aluminum since this motoer is only used basically as a kicker.

Mercury makes a couple of 8" pitch props, Solas offer a 7" pitch.

Certainly, you'll have to watch your WOT rpms.
