Default What stereo?

Hey guys. I'm gonna have my 2010 Alumacraft (115 Yammi) winterized soon and will likely have the dealer put a stereo at the console. Any suggestions? I'm more interested in radio and plugging in my iPod, than CD player for what it's worth, but don't need anything fancy. Thanks. Happy Deer Season.

Probably the best thing to do is to put in the base for a satellite radio.
Many places in the north country have no radio reception. With a satellite radio, you will have excellent reception anywhere in the US.

If I ever replace mine again it will either be a unit from Fusion Marine or the Lowrance Sonic Hub.

Default Sonic Hub

I have the Sonic Hub and I love it. Ipod dock, radio, xm radio and weather capable, you can even add radar. You need at least 1 HDS unit to make it go. If you have the HDS already, it costs about the same as a good stereo unit. I think mine was $300 but that might have included a $50 rebate. I can't recall off the top of my head. Check them out. They are pretty cool!

I have the Jensen set up with the remote head on the dash and a plug for an Ipod very clean set up.

Fusion IP-600. Sweet unit for the I-Pod. I put it in my Ranger this year. Its great the way the I-POD docks inside the unit.
