Campfires allowed up-North??

Those of you heading back from the Vermilion area, do you know what the 'fire index' is (I thinks that's the proper terminology), and wether or not campers are able to have fires at their sites?

SNB, Area north of Vermillion has restrictions on open fires. Best to check with local resorts for current fire restrictions. Camp fires are nice but forest fires are not. use good judgement.
