Upper Mississippi has been Red Hot,With many slot fish [20-25''] being caught and released.Biggest fish of the season was caught on nov 5th, a 31" flounder weighing well over 11lbs the hot baits of the year were 3-8 lead with shad colored twisters and rapala FAT RAPS fire tiger,and silver with green lip .
