Default fish finders

I realize the pro's are sponsored and use products from the companies which sponsor them
But I would like to ask a question;
which brand and model fish finders do the pro's prefer
Thanx

Default RE: fish finders

There's a few good companys that make great sonar units. Some people use video screens as well. I use Lowrance units. I like the X-15MT. I prefer these units over others because of accuracy and they are very user friendly. On my boat this year, There is two units on the helm and one up front. They are all equipped with GPS and MMC cards. One unit on the dash, I use a Fishing Hot Spots region from Navionics. The other I use for sonar and sometimes in split mode for another GPS screen. A lot of people use this combination, but it boils down to personal preference.
