Quad City's Mississippi Tournament news paper link

Im from the Quad City area. We had a Gander Mtn tournament just up river last weekend. This was held in the next pool up from Moline's
Pool, were the RCL will be held. Here is a link to the news clip

The pool this was held in has a special stocking program and has a lot of slot size fish in it. Also someone at the Corp. of Engr.told me the rcl has a permit with special times to lock up or down.to other pools as the FLW did a few years back.
