Ranger VP resigns 2/1/2005
BassFan has learned that Ranger Boats senior VP of marketing, Bart Schad, will leave the company. He's a 7-year veteran at Ranger, and his prior experience was with NASCAR.

He has said many times that he's "thrilled" with his work at Ranger, and the resignation is believed to be for personal reasons. It's also believed that he will stay within the industry and continue his relationship with Ranger on a consulting level.

Best wishes in your next adventure, Big Guy! I hope your new job gives you as much pleasure as I know you had working with Ranger. I hope that our paths cross again in the future someday. You've done a fantastic job for Ranger, and I know you will do just as well with the next company that is lucky enough to land you. You've also been a very good friend to us, and we will always remember and appreciate that.
