Default silver buddy spoons

I heard about them but don't know who makes them or were you can buy them at, and do they really catch fish?

I may be way off on this, but I only know of Silver Buddies which are a blade bait (similar to a Cicada or Vib-e). They were originally designed (made?) by Billy Westmoreland, a famous Smallie guide on Dale Hollow lake (Kentucky/Tennessee lake). They are still made, possibly by the same company. If any or all of this info is incorrect, feel free to correct me.
