I am currently trying to add these techniques to my arsenal. Just wondering what speed you all run. I have had trouble getting the the spinners to turn, and keeping any kind of contact with the bottom. Should I change spinners, or just add weight? Any suggestions would be great...........Thanks in advance.

We have had the most luck early in the year pulling harnesses at 1.0 to 1.3 with bottom bouncers using the trolling motor or drifting fast - usually on or near the bottom. May want to speed up this time of year or if fishing for suspended fish.

Also wanted to add that the faster you go the smaller the blade you should use. 5's are good for slow or drifting, 4's are ok for medium, but if you speed up you want to use colorado 3's or switch to indianas otherwise you will have a twisted up mess as a harness.
