Have had mine for about a year now and just noticed something and wondering if I have a problem or not! When I have two batteries in the unit and use the 12V adaptor, if the batteries voltage is above 2.5 the unit will work fine using the 12V adaptor, but if the battery voltage drops below 2.5 volts, the unit will not stay on. The indicator shows it's running off of the adaptor, but it's like it's really not using it to run the H2O. Most battery powered "things" seem to work off of an adaptor regardless of weak or strong batteries or even no batteries installed but not my H2O??!! Any one else have this problem?? How bout it Wade@JollyAnn, is it supposed to work like this?? Appreciate any info I can get soon, am leaving for Canada 2 weeks from today and would like not to have to take a case of batteries along. Thanks in advance for any help!

Spoke with Linda Colt at Lowrance Friday morning. She sent me a new 12v adaptor cord for the H20 which I got on Saturday (WOW, fast) and it took care of the problem.
