Default Cranks on Jets / Dipseys??

Can I pull cranks behind Jets and Dipseys without them messing the dive curves to badly? Aside the dive curves would it work?

Default RE: Cranks on Jets / Dipseys??

Stickbaits - yes, deep cranks - no. The more resistance on the rear of a Jet or Dipsy, the less it dives.
When you get into diving planers, you learn that the size of a spoon or a spinner blade has an effect on the depth achieved. Small spoons pull easiest, then larger spoons, then harnesses (depending on blade size and type), then sick baits (depending again on size and action).
Hope this helps, and good luck.
