I am a charter boat captain on Lake Erie and am thinking about having a booth at the Summersville WV outdoor show in March. I am trying to determine if it would be worth it to work the show. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks Ryan |

This came off the West Virginia DNR site:
Best walleye waters Elk and lower Gauley rivers; Kanawha, Monongahela, and Ohio River dam tailwaters; Summersville, Tygart, Stonecoal, Jennings Randolph and R.D. Bailey lakes. Most of these waters are located between Morgantown and Summersville I think. I have friends in the Summersville area and they claim that the walleye fishery is great, but not a lot of fishermen fish for them. You may want to do a Google search for WV walleye fishing clubs. |

A friend told me the guys that come up from WV to fish Southern Ohio keep cleaning out Salt Fork Bait and Tackle of the Nitro blade baits to take back home to fish for Walleye. Sounds like there's some customers for you down there. Call Salt Fork up, maybe they can tell you better.
