Hi guys, just wondering what size beads are better for river fishing ? Also, are faceted better than round beads ?

Yes, all of the above.
You need to let the fish tell you. Sometimes you want one or two small beads, and other time you want a half dozen large beads. Generally speaking, I will use 6 of the medium sized beads, in either round or faceted and they work just fine. I think that the color is more important than eithe the size or style. Generally speaking, it seems that beads are more effective if there is a nice contrast on your tackle. i.e. different colored between the beads and spinner, or simply a nice contrast in the bead colors them selves. i.e. 1/2 light color and 1/2 dard color - colors dependent on particular body of water and prevalent bait.
