Default Gas odor from hands

Is there any cleansing product that will remove gas, grease and other contaminating odors from hands that can be used on the boat? I can imagine using some that will remove the odors but does not leave a neutral scent resulting in cross contaminating lures, rods, etc. Thanks

i keep a bar of ivory soap on board. that's the best i've been able to do so far. i want to try the wonder bar sometime to get the fish smell of my hands, but i don't know if it will work for sure on fuel smells

I use a cheap brand of antibacterial hand soap. I buy one that has a melon odour. It works great on all odours. Requires no water. They are self-drying. It really does remove fish odours as well. Great for washing your hands before eating your sandwich after "whizzing". The ones in the pump container are good. They don't leak when tipped and no lids to remove when you are a hurry. I carry one in the boat and one in the truck. Cleans your hands quickly before you head home. Odour does not seem to bother fish on either lures nor live bait.

I started using a Stainless Steel Bar I purchased though Cabelas several years ago. I seems to keep the oders under control. Checkmate

Quick-n-Brite, a product at most home and sport shows, its a gel that cleans anything and removes oders and is biodegradable.

I won't recommend anti-bacterial soap that goes into
the lake. Fish slim protects fish and does contain
bacteria. Destroying it will harm fish. I know that
it would be a small amount, but there are other options
so why risk it.

I've never had a problem catching fish by having gas on my hands (thank ol 2 strokes lol) in fact call me crazy, but I still think it may have helped catch more fish. JMHO

Berkley used to make a real good soap/odor remover called "Erase". It works great for both fuel and fish odor. I can't find it for sale anymore. Too bad, my supply is almost out.
