I've been watching more than my fair share of hunting shows as of late. Simply to see new techniques and learn more about hunting whitetail. I am sick of seeing about 10 minutes of hunting in a 30 minute episode. Every show is an advertisement for it's own product. I don't buy Cracker Jacks for the prize inside, I want more of what I tuned in to see! I know advertising pays for the show, but when the show is a complete advertisement somebody should draw the line.

I know what you mean. I was thinking along the same lines today while looking through my newest copy of DirtWheels magazine. 242 pages and about 20 pages to read. The rest are sales ! Don't believe I'll be renewing this one.

I turn the outdoor channel on far less than I used too for that reason. Constant commercials.
