Default Family Vacation near Mt. Rushmore, Fishing Spots

Our family will be traveling to the Mt.Rushmore area this weekend for the week, just wondering if there are any decent lakes that can be fished from shore for either panfish or maybe evening/night time Walleyes.

Also anything that we should make sure and see or not see other than the typical, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Devil's Tower, heard Crazy Horse is not worth going to? Also any good bicycle trails that are worth traveling for a day ride.

Thanks

The region has been dry for a few years, but may have gotten some big thunderstorms in the last week. I don't know what the current water levels are.
"Google" Black Hills fishing, you should get a link to SD's website. There are a number of lakes in the Black Hills that offer good shore fishing, Sheridan comes to mind. There is also a lot of stream trout fishing, and spinning tackle is commonly used by locals.

Angostura and Orman (Belle Fourche) are your best bet. There are a few other smaller lakes but I would recomment these two.
